RETURN POLICY

Make your return within 14 days from the day of receipt. To make the return it is necessary that returning product(s) are in excellent condition with all labels and tags attached, the receipt of purchase of the product and the special return-change form that is inside the package you received.

  • In case of change you have the option to change with the same or another product:
    • You can make your change directly in store at 202 Eleftheriou Venizelou St., at Paleo Faliro, having with you the product and the receipt of purchase.
    • You can make your change via e-shop. Return the product very well packed so that it is protected during transport. Using the e-shop’s transport company there is a 2€ charge for Greece and Cyprus. In case you choose a transport company you will be charged the full cost by paying the transport company at the time of sending the parcel. The parcel should contain the product in excellent condition with all labels and tags attached, the special return form – from the original package – completed by selecting the corresponding option and the receipt of purchase.
      To save your exchange product, you must make a new order following the same procedure as when placing a normal order, selecting ”Cash upon Delivery” as the payment method in order to subtract the amount of the change and obtain the new amount. In the ”Comment” section write the word <CHANGE>. Please note that the final payable amount will not show automatically, as it changes when the order & return is processed by the accounting department.
    • Request a refund via our online store (this applies to purchases exclusively from the online store).
  • Applicable to all orders within Greece, for Cyprus with purchases via credit or debit card and payment via PAYPAL and for all foreign countries.
    NOTE: Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearances, any import duty, quotes, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements, for which UNIQUE FASHION shall bear no liability.
  • You cannot change your original preference regarding the “credit/exchange” of the returned item if a period of 14 days has elapsed. Beyond this period, the original “credit/change” option cannot be changed to “refund”.
  • The refund of your money, if the purchase of the product from which you withdraw was made on delivery, is made by crediting your bank account, which you will notify us when you exercise your right of withdrawal. If the payment was made by debit/credit card or Paypal, your money will be returned to your account where the charge was made.
  • The return process, due to increased workload, takes 8-14 working days from the time we receive the return at our company. This is because all returns go through the quality control process, before they reach the offices of the online store, for the information of the customers. Therefore, when your return reaches the offices of the online store, you will receive the necessary information.
  • If a defect is found during the quality control of the returned product, the company must return the parcel back to the consumer or contact the consumer to resolve the issue. Undesirable odors, which may be present in the returned product, may also be considered as a defect.
  • Products sold as SETs should also be returned as SETs. The return will not be accepted unless all parts that make up the SET are returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, UNIQUE FASHION does not accept returns on tights, underwear and earrings. Swimwear, it is clarified that for hygiene reasons, should be tried on with the sticker attached and returned with it. Swimwear returned without the sticker cannot be accepted.
